Tech-You — Channel Growth

Curation, packaging and distribution — how a channel built on other creators’ videos brought bumper views.

REAL WORK DISTRIBUTION · GROWTH · CONTENT

Overview

What it is: Tech-You, a channel I built. What I did: posted other creators’ videos, optimised and distributed them, and brought bumper views to the channel. What it is not: a claim that I created those videos — the work was curation, packaging and distribution, and it is presented here exactly that way.

Channel link will be added here shortly.

The challenge

What I did

  1. Curation: picked videos with proven appeal — topics people already search for and share.
  2. Packaging: titles, descriptions and presentation rewritten for clicks and search, not copied blindly.
  3. Cadence: consistent posting so the channel looked alive and the algorithm had something to work with.
  4. Distribution: pushed videos where tech audiences already are, instead of waiting for discovery.

Result & key takeaway

The channel brought bumper views — distribution did the heavy lifting. The lesson I carry into client work: great content without distribution is invisible, and distribution without good content does not retain anyone. Growth needs both, in that order.
